Return and refund policy

We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue within 30 days of delivery. In most cases, you do not need to return the product to receive a refund or replacement.

If your order is lost in transit for more than 60 days (international), 45 days (U.S.), or 110 days (Brazil), you may request a refund or reshipment. For orders marked as delivered but not received, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required.

Order cancellations are eligible for a full refund if requested before the order is processed and shipped. Returns are generally not required due to high shipping costs; valid evidence is sufficient for most claims.
